Founder and Artistic Director 

​Katia is a trained dancer, improv performer and theater educator. Prior to founding K & Co, she designed educational theater programs for K-8 schools and taught in classrooms throughout the Bay Area. Her combined love of theater, education and empowering young people to reach their potential is what drives the growth and development of Katia and Company. 

Christopher is an accomplished musician, accompanist and conductor. He is the Director of Music Ministry at Norte Dame De Victories, an accompanist at SF girls chorus and frequently music directs and conducts for theaters all over the Bay Area, as well as teaching private voice and piano lessons. He is thrilled to be in his third year at K & Co!

Costume and hair design

Lora is a licensed cosmetologist and enjoys creating individual and unique hairstyles for Katia & Co productions. She is also self proclaimed "Queen of the K&Co Closet", choosing, fitting, and organizing costumes for each show. She works hard to keep Katia & Co sustainable by reusing costumes in different ways, repairing as needed, and up cycling. Her most impressive feat: making over 50 costume leotards and pants for The Lion King. 

Administrator

Alexis Grusby graduated from NYU with a degree in Dramatic Writing. She has worked with Katia and Company for over 7 years and has done everything from stage management to lighting design. She has loved getting to work with kids and help them find their love for the arts! 

Director

Patrick Cullen has been a member of Katia & Company since 2013 and has loved every minute of it. Currently Patrick is a junior at New York University Tisch majoring in Cinema Studies. He has been an actor, director, sound designer, and numerous other roles. K&Co feels like a second family to him and he and looks forward to continuing to inspire the arts for future generations of kids in Marin county and elsewhere.

Director

Kai Dove is an actor, writer, and director. He teaches, directs, and participates in crew at K & Co. He has been with Katia & Company for 7 years and is currently studying Drama in the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU Tisch. He loves the kind, safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that K&Co provides, and he is proud to be able to be a part of creating this space for younger artists. A fun fact about Kai is that he loves reading and writing poetry.
